In-office Session: $155 per 50 minutes

Telephone/Online Counselling: $155 per 50 minutes. This may be particularly beneficial for you if certain barriers prevent you from accessing face-to-face counselling. These barriers may include, a busy schedule, high anxiety, limited access to transportation, or a physical disability. Telephone/online counselling is not a substitute for face-to-face counselling, but is an effective option in terms of developing new perspectives and skills to make changes and overcome challenges in your life.

Please Note: Telephone/online counselling is not suitable for individuals in crisis (experiencing suicidal thoughts or psychotic symptoms). Immediate face-to-face help is required in these cases.
